I'm Back!

I know that it's been a year since I've posted anything. For that, I'm sorry. What I'm hoping to do on this blog is post more often and to do things that are connected to my path. I think those things are important, since a lot of people love to read blog posts about people's paths and what their doing. Over the next couple of days I will be posting a entry that talks about creating my Druid altar.

I think that people will like that. Hope that you enjoy all future posts that I put up.

Changing Celtic Paths

I've decided to change Celtic paths and focus on the Irish deities like the Morrigan and Dagda. I'm also practicing a reinterpretation of Irish Polytheism because we just don't know how things were done so long ago. I think that most people that practice some form of Celtic Paganism knows this to be the truth. I've had my new Celtic Altar up for about a month and I'm just loving it. I will post a video of my altar tomorrow. Here's to changing Celtic paths and honoring the ancient gods.

Gaulish Polytheist (1 Year)

Today marks one year that I've been learning about Gaulish Polytheism and practicing it. I'm not going to say that it's been an easy year, with all the things that happened. But I'm happy to say that I've enjoyed learning and growing. I've enjoyed all the books that I've read and all the things that I've learned. The goal of the next year is to continue to grow and continue to learn.

Thanks, everyone, that has read my posts and here's to another year.

Moving On

It's been nearly five months since my mother passed away. It has been a strange time and one that has required alot of thinking and adjusting. A couple of days ago we got approved for a new apartment and I just love it. I don't feel my mother around and I feel that I can be myself.

I threw away alot of things that I didn't need. Including my Egyptian statues and books. The only statue that I kept was Morrigan. I see up a temporary space to her and I'm really happy with it. I'm back in Druidry and I feel like I'm on the right path. Let's see where it goes.

First Post of New Year

Today is the 5th and so this makes this the first post of the new year. I've been 2 months into learning about Gaulish Polytheism and I haven't even set up my altar. I've decided against doing so until I have something that I can use to ensure that I won't walk into my room and find my altar gone. I'm still thinking about what deities that I'm going to honor. Right now I'm just focusing on the ancestors and the goddess Epona and god Sucellus.

When I do put some kind of altar up it's usually just a incense burner, candle, and a liquid offering. Once I'm done I pull it down, put it away, and keep my mother away from it. I will try and pour the liquid back to the earth. I'm doing tiny little things right now and when the time comes I'll start doing larger stuff. I hope that all my readers will have a good 2020 and that all are safe.

Through the Otherworld Up Three Years

Today marks three years that this blog has been up. I want to thank everyone that has read my blog posts and have followed my blog. I know that I really haven't written much this year and I want to change that after this point. I will be posting more holiday posts, like the one that I did on Samhain, and I will probably do a small post for Yule, even though I won't be personally celebrating it. Thanks, everyone, for following me and for reading my posts.
